Staying here for one night was fantastic with a perfect location close to everything we wanted to see in the area.

If you're looking for a place to relax, this hotel is worth checking out. The food served is really good, and the view is breathtaking. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, very close to a popular museum and has a great panoramic view. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The hotel lacks security personnel, so there's a possibility that non-hotel guests would sneak in and disturb your peaceful stay. During our stay, some rowdy non-hotel guests were allowed to drink liquor in the hotel's viewdeck area at four in the morning!

We stayed on a hilltop accommodation with a stunning view of Taal. the deck area was perfect for enjoying the cool Tagaytay breeze. the room was well-kept, the bed comfy, and the bathroom clean. the service was great, with friendly staff, and the breakfast was satisfying. There were also slippers and soundproofing provided.

The wifi was somewhat slow.

I loved the breathtaking views from the terrace, both sunrise, and sunset. the staff, especially Hannah and Angel, were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the free breakfast that came with our stay. the location is also great, with popular attractions nearby. We enjoyed the glass art museum right across from the hotel.

Room design and lack of food options. the room design wasn't to our liking, especially the outdated headboard color and carving.

My stay at Sang Yoo Mountain View in Tagaytay was amazing! They upgraded my room to a spacious family room with two comfortable king size beds. The breakfast served was delicious, and the view of Taal Lake from the terrace was breathtaking. The couple, Hannah and her husband, who attended to us were extremely accommodating and made our stay comfortable and safe. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
